2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders totalling £99 or more (after any discounts have been applied).

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying threshold is reached. This offer applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom only.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

• England

• Scotland

• Wales

• Northern Ireland

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Digi Consulting LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

• Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery

• Force majeure events (extreme weather, strikes, etc.)

• Delays caused by the carrier beyond our control

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gardelaurent1@gmail.com, providing:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. We will keep you informed throughout the process and issue a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our shipping policy works alongside our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
